Hi! I'm Joyce, a 23-year-old programmer, musician, seamstress, yogini, and anthropology enthusiast.
I'm married to a crazy functional-language-hacker-guy named Spencer, who is largely responsible for turning me from a normal person into a linux command-line geek. We live in a cute little duplex on the north side of Boulder, Colorado, right next to a lovely park and the rolling hills.
I typically spend my days hacking away at my latest project and finding answers to my endless stream of questions about life, the universe, and everything. When I'm not on the computer, I'm most likely practicing yoga, singing, eating, or thinking random thoughts on topics vaguely related to anthropology.
Pictures
Since pictures are worth a thousand words, I thought I would offer you a few. Here I am:
A few more, for kicks.
Now come meet my husband.
Here's him up on a big rock. He loves to climb them. Once, he scaled up a sheer one and got stuck. :) This one was pretty tame though.
Here's us together up at Valles Caldera.
And a few more, just for fun. :D FYI, making shadow images of yourself is surprisingly fun, at least for about ten minutes -- you run out of poses pretty fast.
